Egg Roast (Mutta Roast)

- Egg - 4 (boiled)
- Onion - 2 (thinly sliced)
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green Chilli - 1
- Turmeric powder -1 /2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - To taste
- Curry Leaves
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Method

- In a heated pan, add oil .
- Add onion and saute till onion becomes brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste,green chilly, curry leaves and saute till raw smell disappears.
- Add turmeric, chilly and garam masala powders, salt and mix well.
- Add 1/2 cup water and bring to boil.
- To this mixture, add sliced boiled egg. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 mins
- Open the lid and add crushed pepper powder.
- Adding 1 tsp of coconut oil enhances the flavor.
