Egg Roast (Mutta Roast)






Ingredients

  • Egg - 4 (boiled)
  • Onion - 2 (thinly sliced)
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Green Chilli - 1
  • Turmeric powder -1 /2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chilly powder - 2  tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - To taste
  • Curry Leaves
  • Oil - 2 tbsp






Method

  1.  In a  heated pan, add oil .
  2.  Add onion and saute till onion becomes brown.
  3. Add  ginger garlic paste,green chilly, curry leaves  and saute till  raw smell disappears.
  4. Add turmeric, chilly and garam masala powders, salt and mix well.
  5. Add 1/2 cup water and bring to boil.
  6. To this mixture, add  sliced boiled egg. Cover the  pan and let it simmer for 5 mins
  7. Open the lid and add crushed pepper powder.
  8. Adding 1 tsp of coconut oil enhances the flavor.
