Vellarikka Manga Muringakka (Cucumber Mango Drumstick) Ozhichu curry
Ingredients

- Cucumber cut into cubes - 1/4 cup
- Raw mango - 4 cubes
- Drumstick - 4 nos (21/2 inch pieces)
- Green chilli - 2
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves - few
- Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
To Grind (To smooth paste)

- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Shallot -2 nos
- Red chilli - 1
- Jeera (Cumin) -1 pinch
- Water - as needed (2 tbsp)
To Temper
--------------
- Oil- 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli - 1
- Curry Leaves - 1 spring
Method
----------
- Cook the cucumber and drumstick with salt, green chilli ,turmeric and chilli powder and water.
- When it is half done add raw mango pieces and cook for 5 more mins
- When they are done add the grounded coconut mixture and mix well and switch off .
- In a kadai, add oil .Splutter the ingredients given in "To Temper" and pour over the curry.
