Fruit Falooda
Ingredients

Fruit Layer
--------------
- Chopped Fruits - 2 cups (apple, orange banana, pineapple)
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Lemon juice - 2 drops
Method
-----------
- Chop fruits of your choice to small cubes.
- Boil 1/2 cup water with 1 cup sugar.When it gets thickened add 2 drops lemon juice(this prevents the sugar solution from getting hard ) and allow to cool.
- Once cooled, add chopped fruits and mix gently.
- Cool in refrigerator.
Sev Layer
-------------
- Falooda sev/ Vermicelli - 1 cup
- Milk - 2 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup (or more to taste)
- Condensed Milk - 2 tbsp
- Rooh Afza/ Rose Essence - 1 tsp
- Water - 2 cup
Method
-----------
- Boil falooda sev/ vermicelli in 2 cups of water. Once cooked , rinse in cold water and strain.
- To a pan add milk and allow to boil. Add cooked Sev, Sugar and Condensed milk. (sugar Level can be varied according to one's taste).
- Allow to cool and add Rooh Afza or Rose Essence (if you like the flavour).
- Cool in refrigerator.
Jelly Layer
---------------
- Jelly - 1/2 pkt
- Water - 1 cup
Method

- Boil 1 cup water.
- Add jelly powder and mix well
- Allow to cool.
- Once set slice to cubes.
Tukmaria Layer
----------------------
- Tukmaria - 3 tbs
- Water - 1 cup
Method
----------
- Add tukmaria to water and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
- After 30 mins it will absorb water and become soft.
- Then drain excess water and keep aside.
Other ingredients
----------------------
- Vanilla Ice cream
- Chopped Pista, Almonds, Cashew
Layering Method
--------------
- Take a tall glass and layer the ingredients as follows :
- layer of jelly cubes
- layer of tukmaria
- layer of chopped nuts
- layer of fruits
- layer of sev
- layer of tukmaria
- layer of chopped nuts
- layer of fruits
- layer of sev
- layer of jelly cubes
- 2 scoops of vanilla Ice cream
- Garnish with chopped nuts and jelly
