7 cup Burfi
Ingredients

- Besan - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Sugar - 2 cup
- Cashew coarsely powdered -1 cup
- Cardamom powder -1 pinch (optional)
Method
----------
- Grease a pan with little ghee.
- Heat a pan and dry roast besan in low flame for 5 - 7 mins. Take care not to burn.
- Switch off flame and add milk and sugar and mix well till no lumps are formed.
- Heat flame and add cashew powder , coconut and half cup of ghee. Mix well.
- When the mixture starts bubbling ,add rest of ghee and cardamom powder and stir continuously till the mixture leaves edges of pan.
- Pour the mixture on a greased pan and slice when warm.
- Allow to cool.
