Fish Roast

- Fish- 350 gm
- Onion - 2 medium (finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
- Green Chilli - 3 (finely chopped)
- Tomato - 1/2 chopped
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli powder - 2 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves - 2 spring
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 cup
- Oil - 3 tbsp
Method

- Clean and cut fish to medium sized pieces.
- In a pan add oil .Add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves.
- Saute till a nice aroma comes.
- Add finely chopped onions and saute till light brown.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, fenugreek powder and saute well.
- Add chopped tomato , salt and mix well.
- Add water and cover the lid and cook
- When the gravy starts bubbling, add fish pieces and gently mix. Take care not to break the fish pieces.
- Close the lid and cook till the gravy thickens.
- Now open lid and gently mix till the gravy is well coated on the fish.
- Garnish with onions and lemon wedges.
