Ingredients

- Vellarikka (Dosekai) - 1 cup (cubed)
- Cooked Red beans (VanPayar) - 1/4 cup
- Thick coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Green chilli - 2
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - few
- Salt
Method

- In a heated pan add vellarikka, green chilli, salt, curry leaves and water.
- Cover the lid and cook till vellarikka is done.
- Add cooked red beans and cook for 2 more mins.
- Reduce the flame and add thick coconut milk.
- Switch off and add coconut oil and fresh curry leaves.
