Moru Kachiyathu





Ingredients

  • Butter milk /Curd - 1 cup
  • Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
  • Chilli Powder -1 pinch
  • Fenugreek powder -1/8 tsp

To splutter
----------------
  • Mustard seeds -1/4 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds -1/4 tsp
  • Green Chilli (slit) -1
  • Curry leaves
  • Dried Red chilli -1
  • Fenugreek powder -1 pinch
  • Chilli Powder -1 pinch
  • Chopped Ginger -1/4 tsp
  • Salt  - To taste


Method
------------
  1. Beat curd/ buttermilk with  salt ,turmeric powder,fenugreek powder,chilli powder .If curd is too thick, you can add some water .
  2. In a heated pan add oil. Add ingredients given in the section "To splutter".
  3. Reduce heat to minimum and add beaten curd.Switch off and transfer to a bowl immediately.
