Moru Kachiyathu
Ingredients

- Butter milk /Curd - 1 cup
- Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
- Chilli Powder -1 pinch
- Fenugreek powder -1/8 tsp
To splutter

- Mustard seeds -1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds -1/4 tsp
- Green Chilli (slit) -1
- Curry leaves
- Dried Red chilli -1
- Fenugreek powder -1 pinch
- Chilli Powder -1 pinch
- Chopped Ginger -1/4 tsp
- Salt - To taste
Method
------------
- Beat curd/ buttermilk with salt ,turmeric powder,fenugreek powder,chilli powder .If curd is too thick, you can add some water .
- In a heated pan add oil. Add ingredients given in the section "To splutter".
- Reduce heat to minimum and add beaten curd.Switch off and transfer to a bowl immediately.
