- Avocado - 1/2 cup (medium)
- Mango - 1 cup (big)
- Honey - 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
- Crushed ice
Method
-------------
- Put avocado and mango in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
- Add lemon juice, chia seeds, honey and crushed ice and blend well.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy.
