- Chopped beans -1 cup
- Green chilli -1
- Pearl onion -2
- Grated coconut -2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
- Oil- 1 tsp
Method
------------
- Chop beans to very small pieces.
- Mix together beans, chopped pearl onions, grated coconut, green chilli ,curry leaves and salt and keep aside for 15 mins.
- In a pan add oil.Splutter mustard seeds and add the mixed ingredients.Sprinkle little water if needed.
- Close lid and cook. Stir in between. Serve hot.
