Ingredients

  • Raw Mango  - 1
  • Red Chilli powder - 3 tbsp
  • Fenugreek Powder (uluva podi )  - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - To taste


Method
----------
  1. Chop raw mango to small pieces.
  2. Marinate with 1/2 tsp salt ,chilli and fenugreek powder and keep aside for 20 minutes
  3. In a heated pan add oil.
  4. Reduce heat to minimum and add red chilli powder.
  5. Add water and  mix till it becomes a thick sauce.
  6. Add mango,fenugreek powder,asafoetida and mix well.
  7. Switch off and add vinegar.
