Ingredients

- Raw Mango - 1
- Red Chilli powder - 3 tbsp
- Fenugreek Powder (uluva podi ) - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Salt - To taste
Method
----------
- Chop raw mango to small pieces.
- Marinate with 1/2 tsp salt ,chilli and fenugreek powder and keep aside for 20 minutes
- In a heated pan add oil.
- Reduce heat to minimum and add red chilli powder.
- Add water and mix till it becomes a thick sauce.
- Add mango,fenugreek powder,asafoetida and mix well.
- Switch off and add vinegar.
