Easy Palpayasam
Ingredients

- Milk - 4 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Unakkalari (Payasam Rice ) - 1/4 cup
Method
------------
- Wash and clean rice and drain it.
- To a pressure cooker add milk, rice sugar
- Close lid and keep on high flame.
- When the air comes reduce flame to minimum and put on weight
- Keep for 25 mins and switch off
- Keep aside undisturbed for 1 to 2 hrs
- Open lid and serve warm or cool.
