Pickled Cucumber
Ingredients

- Jalapenos - 4
- Pickle cucumber - 1
- Water - 11/2 cup
- Garlic Cloves -2
- Salt - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1/2 cup
Method
-------------
- Cut Cucumber and Jalapenos into small round rings.
- In a pan bring water to boil.
- Add garlic cloves, salt and sugar and mix till it dissolves.
- Add vinegar and switch off the heat.
- Add sliced jalapenos and cucumber.
- Once cooled transfer to airtight glass bottle and store in refrigerator.
