Peach cucumber salad

Ingredients

• Cucumber - 1 cup (cut into cubes)
• Peach  - 1/2 (cut into cubes)
• Onion - 1 tbsp (chopped) 
• Coriander Leaves- few
• Mint Leaves- few
• Jalapenos - 1/2
• Sunflower seeds - 1 tbsp
• Salt - To Taste
• Olive Oil - 1 tsp
• Garlic pod - 1
• Vinegar - 1 tsp

Method
------------

1. Chop garlic and jalapenos to very small pieces and mix well with olive oil and salt and vinegar.
2. Add  chopped cucumber, peach, onions ,coriander and mint leaves and mix well
3. Add sunflower seeds.
