Peechinga (Sing Kaw) Thoran
Ingredients

- Peechinga/Sing Kaw -1
- Chopped beans - 4
- Green chilli -1
- Pearl onion -2
- Grated coconut -1/4 cup
- Curry Leaves
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
- Red chilli -1
- Oil- 1 tsp
Method

- Chop peechinga to very small pieces.
- Mix together with chopped pearl onions, grated coconut, green chilli ,curry leaves and salt and keep aside for 15 mins.
- In a pan add oil.Splutter mustard seeds, red chilli and add the mixed ingredients.
- There is no need to add water as water will ooze out from peechinga.
- Close lid and cook. Stir in between. Serve hot.
