Netholi (Anchovy) Fry

- Netholi/Anchovy - 200 gm
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli powder - 3 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste -1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Frying
Method

- Clean the fish and dip in water with 1 tsp vinegar for 15 mins to the remove the smell.
- Marinate it with the ingredients given above overnight or atleast for 2 hrs.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add marinated fish pieces.
- Fry until brown.
- Serve hot with rice and salad.
