- Butternut Squash (cut into small cubes)- 1 cup
- Onion chopped - 2 tbsp
- Green chilli -1
- Curry Leaves
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli - 1
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil- 1 tsp
- Salt - To taste
- Cooked Red Bean - 1/4 cup
To Grind (Coarse)

- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Pearl Onion-2 nos
- Jeera (Cumin) -1 pinch
- Salt - 1 pinch
Method
------------
- Cook the cubed squash with salt, green chilli and turmeric powder.
- In a pan add oil. Splutter mustard seeds,red chilli and curry leaves.
- Add chopped onions little salt and saute until translucent
- Add cooked squash and red bean and mix well
- Add grounded coconut mixture and saute for 2 mins
- Serve hot with rice
