Pickled Jalappeno




Ingredients

  • Jalapenos - 6
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Garlic Cloves -2
  • Salt - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1/2 cup

Method
-------------
  1. Cut Jalapenos into small rings.
  2. In a pan bring water to boil.
  3. Add garlic cloves, salt and sugar and mix till it dissolves.
  4. Add vinegar and switch off the heat.
  5. Add sliced jalapenos.
  6. Once cooled transfer to airtight glass bottle and store in refrigerator.
