Pickled Jalappeno
Ingredients

- Jalapenos - 6
- Water - 1 cup
- Garlic Cloves -2
- Salt - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1/2 cup
Method

- Cut Jalapenos into small rings.
- In a pan bring water to boil.
- Add garlic cloves, salt and sugar and mix till it dissolves.
- Add vinegar and switch off the heat.
- Add sliced jalapenos.
- Once cooled transfer to airtight glass bottle and store in refrigerator.
