Peechinga (Sing Kaw) Thoran




Ingredients

  • Peechinga/Sing Kaw -1 
  • Chopped beans - 4
  • Green chilli -1
  • Pearl onion -2
  • Grated coconut -1/4 cup
  • Curry Leaves
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli -1
  • Oil- 1 tsp


Method

  1. Chop peechinga to very small pieces.
  2. Mix together with chopped pearl onions, grated coconut,  green chilli ,curry leaves and salt and keep aside for 15 mins.
  3. In a pan add oil.Splutter mustard seeds, red chilli and add the mixed ingredients.
  4. There is no need to add water as water will ooze out from peechinga.
  5. Close lid and cook. Stir in between. Serve hot.
