Beef Curry
Ingredients

- Beef - 500 gm (I used stew meat)
- Onion - 1 (finely sliced)
- Tomato - 1/2 (sliced)
- Ginger garlic paste - 11/2 tbsp
- Green Chilli - 2 or 3
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli powder - 3 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 3 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder- 2 tsp
- Pepper Powder -2 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Salt - to taste
- Coconut Oil - 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon -1 small stick
- Cloves - 2
- Cardamom -3
- Whole pepper corns -10
Method

- In a pressure cooker add oil .Splutter cinnamon, pepper, cloves, cardamom.
- Add sliced onion and saute till they become brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli and curry leaves and saute till raw smell disappears,
- Add turmeric, chilli , coriander, garam masala,pepper powders and mix well.
- Add sliced tomatoes and saute well till they becomes mushy and oil starts oozing out.
- To this mixture, add cleaned cut beef and saute in medium flame till the masala is coated well on the beef.
- Add 1 cup water and mix gently.
- Close the lid of cooker and cook till done.
- When the pressure is released open the cooker and add 1 tsp coocnut oil and curry leaves at top.
- Tastes best with porotta, appam chapathi, roti etc.
