- Carrot - 4 (cubed to small pieces)
- Green chilli -1
- Curry Leaves
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
- Jeera (Cumin) - 1 pinch
- Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
- Hing (Asafoetida)- 1pinch
- Oil- 1 tsp
Method
------------
- In a non stick pan add oil.Splutter mustard seeds,cumin, curry leaves.
- Add turmeric powder and hing .
- Add cubed carrots and green chilli and give a stir.
- Cover with lid.
- Close and cook till done occasionally stirring in between.
- Serve hot with rice.
