Butter Garlic Fried Rice
Ingredients

- Basmati rice -1 cup
- Boiling Water - 2 cups
- Celery chopped - 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Spring onion - 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Green chilli - 1 (chopped)
- Garlic chopped - 2 tbsp
- Onions - 1/4 cup(chopped)
- French beans - 1/2 cup (sliced lengthwise)
- Carrot- 1/2 cup (sliced lengthwise)
- Capsicum- 1/2 cup (sliced lengthwise)
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
- White vinegar - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt
Method

- Soak rice in water for 20 minutes and drain .
- Cook rice with enough salt by adding boiling water .
- Heat a pan in high flame and add butter .
- Saute chopped garlic, celery and spring onion whites till it gives a nice aroma.
- Add chopped onions and saute for a while.
- Add other veggies one by one and saute for 2 mins.The crunchiness should remain.
- Add soy sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar, salt and pepper powder.
- Add cooked rice and fluff gently.
- Garnish with chopped celery and spring onion.
- Serve hot with any veg or non veg curry.
Notes

- You can add egg or chicken to this fried rice if you wish.
