Kaya Vanpayar Mezhukkupuratti
Ingredients

- Kaya - 1
- Cooked Vanpayar(red bean)- 1/2 cup
- Onion/Shallots - 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Curry Leaves
- Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
- Green Chilli - 2 slit
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - To taste
- Water - 1/2 cup
Method

- Cut raw plantain to small cubes.
- Cook it with salt, water,turmeric powder , green chilli until done.
- Heat a pan. Add oil and splutter mustard seeds.
- Saute chopped onion, red chilli and curry leaves.
- Add chilli and turmeric powder and saute .
- Add cooked kaya and payar and saute well.
- Serve hot with rice.
