Chemmen Manga Muringakka Curry (Prawns Raw Mango Drumstick Curry)
Ingredients

- Prawns -1 cup
- Ginger 1- inch piece(thinly sliced)
- Green Chilli -5
- Raw Mango - 1/4 cup (sliced)
- Drumstick - 1 ( cut to 3 inch long pieces)
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Water - 11/2 cup
- Coconut Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt - To Taste
To grind to fine paste

- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 11/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli -1
- Pearl Onion -1
- Water - 1/cup
- Salt - To taste
Method

- Clean and devein prawns.
- Grind ingredients given in " To Grind"to a fine paste.
- Heat a pan preferably an earthened pot (manchatti) and add coconut oil.
- Saute pearl onion, ginger, green chilli and curry leaves for 2 mins.
- Add cleaned prawns, drumsticks along with salt, chilli and turmeric powder and water.
- Cover and cook till prawns are almost done.
- Add raw mango pieces and mix well.
- Add grounded coconut mixture and cover and cook till raw mango is cooked and the gravy thickens.
- Add 1 tsp coconut oil and curry leaves at top.
- Serve hot with rice, chapathi etc.
