Thenga Aracha Mutta Curry (Egg Curry in Coconut Gravy)
Ingredients

- Boiled Eggs- 3
- Green chilli - 2 (slit into 2)
- Ginger - 1/2 inch piece (chopped)
- Garlic- 2 big pods (chopped)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper corns - 1 tsp
- Cumin -1 pinch
- Fennel seeds - 1 pinch (optional)
- Chicken Masala Powder- 1 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 /2 tsp
- Curry Leaves - few
- Grated Coconut - 3/4 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
Method

- Grind together ingredients numbered 3 to 10 to fine paste using little water.
- In a heated pan add oil.
- Saute green chilli, curry leaves for 1 min.
- Add grounded coconut masala paste and saute for few mins.
- Add boiled egg and water.
- Cover and cook till gravy becomes thick.
- Add 1 tsp coconut oil and fresh curry leaves at top.
- Tastes best with wheat dosa (godambu dosa).
