- Onion- 1 (chopped)
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt -To taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Method

- In the small jar of a mixer, add the chopped onions and blend (2 pulses will be fine.). It should not be grounded to fine paste.Just crush it coarsely.
- Heat a kadai. Add oil.
- When the oil gets heated add crushed onions, chilli powder and salt.
- Saute it till the water content has completely gone and it starts leaving the side s of the pan.
- Add oil in between if needed.
- Tastes bets with idly, dosa,etc.
