French Toast
Ingredients

- Bread Slices - 4
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt -1 pinch
- Vanilla Essence - 3 drops
- Ghee - as needed
Method
----------
- In a bowl beat the eggs well.
- Add milk , honey, sugar salt and vanilla essence and mix well.
- Heat a nonstick pan. Add 1 tsp ghee.
- Dip the bread slices one by one and place them in heated frying pan and toast.
- When one side turns brown flip the other side.
- When both sides are golden brown take out and serve hot.
Notes
-------
- You can add 1 pinch cardamom powder instead of vanilla essence.
- Adding honey is optional. But it eliminates the eggy smell.
- Do not soak the bread slices in the mixture for too long otherwise it will turn soggy.
- Fry the bread in medium flame.
