Chapathi
Ingredients

- Atta/Wheat flour - 2 cup
- Hot water - Nearly 1 cup
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
Method
------------
- Take flour in a wide mouthed bowl.
- Dissolve salt in hot water.
- Add water little at a time to the flour and knead well.
- Knead well to make a smooth dough.
- Add 1 tbsp oil at the top and lightly coat.
- Cover with a wet towel and keep aside for 20 minutes
- Make lemon sized balls and dust in flour and roll in a rolling pan.
- Heat a tawa add rolled chappati to pan.
- When one side turns brown flip other side.
- Add oil/ ghee at top.
