Vegetable Fried Rice





Ingredients

  • Basmati rice -1 cup
  • Boiling Water -2 cups
  • Vegetables Chopped - 1 cup (onions, carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage)
  • Celery chopped
  • Spring onion - chopped
  • Garlic chopped
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder -1 tsp
  • Green chilli - 1 chopped
  • Salt


Method

  1. Soak  rice in water for half an hour and drain .
  2. Cook rice with enough salt by adding boiling water .
  3. Heat a pan in high flame and add oil .
  4. Saute the veggies , garlic, celery and spring onion.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper powder.
  6. Garnish with chopped celery and spring onion.
  7. Serve  hot with any veg or non veg curry.
