Kung Pao Chicken
Ingredients

- Boneless Chicken 250 gm
- Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Sherry wine - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Paste - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 pinch
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Peanuts - 1/4 cup
- Dried Red Chilli - 3
- Capsicum chopped - 1/4 cup
- Spring onion- 1/4 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 3 tbsp
To marinate

- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Egg white - 1
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Method

- Clean and cut the chicken into small cubes. Marinate it with ingredients in "To marinate" section and keep for at least half an hour.
- In a pan add oil and fry the chicken pieces and keep aside.
- In another pan add oil, fry the peanuts and keep aside.
- In the same oil add dried red chilli and saute till it darkens
- Add chopped garlic, ginger, spring onion , capsicum and saute for a while.
- Add red chilli paste, sherry wine, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and mix well.
- Add fried chicken pieces and saute for few minutes
- Last add fried peanuts and garnish with chopped spring onions.
