Chilli Porotta
Ingredients

- Porotta/Chapati - 4 nos
- Onion - 1 big (cut into cubes)
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup (cut in cubes)
- Garlic - 5 pods (cut into small pieces)
- Ginger (chopped) - 1 tsp
- Spring onion - few (chopped)
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1 pinch
- Tomato sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Celery stick - 1 chopped
- Corriander Leaves - few
Method

- Cut the porotta/ chapathi to small pieces.
- Add oil to a heated pan add chopped garlic, ginger,1 tsp chopped celery (it enhances flavour and chopped spring onion.
- Add cubed onions and saute in high flame till onion becomes translucent but is still crispy.
- Reduce flame and add all sauces and kashmiri chilli powder and salt.Saute for 2 mins.
- Add cubed capsicum and saute for a while.
- Add a pinch of sugar or 1 tsp honey to neutralize taste.
- Add chapatis and mix well. Lastly add crushed pepper powder if needed.
- Garnish with chopped celery and spring onions and coriander leaves.
