Egg Dosa









Ingredients

  • Dosa Batter 
  • Onion -1/2 cup  (chopped)
  • Tomato - 1/4 cup  (chopped)
  • Green Chilly - 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Egg - 3
  • Salt
  • Chutney Powder - 2 tbsp
  • Ghee/Oil




Method

  1. Beat eggs well with salt.
  2. Mix onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves with little salt and keep aside.
  3. Heat a tawa and pour dosa batter and spread well. Add oil.
  4. Pour 2 tbsp of beaten egg mixture and spread well.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tsp of chutney powder on top.
  6. Add 1 tbsp onion tomato mixture  and spread on top.
  7. Cover with a lid and cook for few seconds.
  8. Roll the dosa  and serve hot with some spicy chutney or curry.
