Egg Dosa
Ingredients

- Dosa Batter
- Onion -1/2 cup (chopped)
- Tomato - 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Green Chilly - 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)
- Egg - 3
- Salt
- Chutney Powder - 2 tbsp
- Ghee/Oil
Method

- Beat eggs well with salt.
- Mix onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves with little salt and keep aside.
- Heat a tawa and pour dosa batter and spread well. Add oil.
- Pour 2 tbsp of beaten egg mixture and spread well.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of chutney powder on top.
- Add 1 tbsp onion tomato mixture and spread on top.
- Cover with a lid and cook for few seconds.
- Roll the dosa and serve hot with some spicy chutney or curry.
