Pineapple kichadi (Madhura curry)
Ingredients

- Pineapple - 2 cup (Finely chopped)
- Black Grapes - 6 nos
- Green chilli -2
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Jaggery - 1 small piece
- Salt - To taste
To Grind (Coarse)

- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Jeera (Cumin) -1 pinch
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Green Chilly - 1
- Salt - 1 pinch
To dry roast and temper

- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli - 2
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Curry Leaves -few
- Oil
Method
------------
- Cook the pineapple in a pan adding salt, green chilli and turmeric and chilli powder.(there is no need to add water as it will ooze out from the pineapple)
- Once pineapple is cooked and the water content is gone, add a piece of jaggery to it .The amount of sweetness can be increased or decreased according to your taste.
- Grind ingredients given in "To Grind " section to a fine paste.
- Add grounded coconut mixture to the cooked pineapple mix well.
- In a pan add oil. Splutter mustard seeds, red chilli and curry leaves.
- Add coconut and fry till coconut turns dark brown.
- Add this on top of pineapple mixture and mix well .
- Last add grapes and cover with lid.
