Salmon Dry Fry





Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillet - 3
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chilli powder - 4  tbsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 2 tsp
  • Crushed Ginger garlic  -1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Oil  - For Frying



Method

  1. Clean the salmon and cut into small cubes.
  2. Marinate it with turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, crushed ginger garlic, lemon juice  for at least for 2 hrs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves.
  4. When they splutter, add marinated fish pieces.
  5. Fry until brown.
  6. Drain out the excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with rice and salad.
