Salmon Dry Fry

- Salmon Fillet - 3
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Chilli powder - 4 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Crushed Ginger garlic -1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Frying
Method

- Clean the salmon and cut into small cubes.
- Marinate it with turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, crushed ginger garlic, lemon juice for at least for 2 hrs.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves.
- When they splutter, add marinated fish pieces.
- Fry until brown.
- Drain out the excess oil.
- Serve hot with rice and salad.
