Cucumber Onion Raita






Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 1 cup (cubed)
  • Onion - 1 cup (cubed)
  • Tomato - 1/4 cup (cubed)
  • Green Chilli - 2 chopped
  • Coriander Leaves - few chopped
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  •  Salt - To Taste



Method

  1. Cut onion , cucumber and tomato to cubes and mix with salt and 1 green chilli.
  2. Grind together coconut mustard, seeds, curd and 1 green chilli well.
  3. Add the grounded mixture to the cubed vegetables.
  4. Garnish with cilantro.
  5. This salad goes well with vegetable biriyani.
